Obsidian Forest
She wailed softly, growling and spitting fiercely. I nipped one of her ears, feeling that I had to get her to calm down and realize that I wasn’t going to kill her. I held her tightly against the ground for a long time, as she struggled ferociously, and slowly, obviously, started to tire out. She would not look at me, just angrily looking to the side, as she panted weakly. I felt kinda sorry for her. “Okay.. look.. I’m not going to hurt you.” I said softly. “Furakin Hurelsa!” she yelled, and spit at my ears again. I understood what that meant. I nodded. “I know, I know.. It’s terrible.. this big husky holding you down.. but I can’t let you kill me..” I said softly. I gripped the wrist with the hand that had the knife tightly, painfully twisting, until she yelped and dropped the knife. I didn’t break it, but it had to hurt. I grabbed the knife, and threw it up into the trees, far off. When I did so, I let go of one hand. This was not the best idea. She decked me. I rolled off her, and she got on top of me again, grabbing my throat. I rolled again, and pinned her to the earth. She renewed her struggle once more, and seemed to be even more resistant! In the leaves, we struggled wildly, both panting, and striking at one another, the fight lasting for a rather long time. She kicked at me a bit, as I pinned her again, and looked at her. Both of of were streaked in each other’s blood as I watched her, growling and struggling more. What on earth was I supposed to do with her? She would not calm down! -------------------------------
